Paul and Maddie Watts have been working in the social-care sector for more than forty years between them. Supported by a highly efficient and caring staff team, Paul and Maddie are dedicated to providing excellent care services.

Maddie has qualifications in carework, with a Diploma in Welfare Studies (DWS) and operational management certificates. She has worked for the NHS and Social Services and has a depth of experience working with people with a learning-disability.

Paul is a qualified Social Worker and has qualifications in management (MA Management), training and developement (IPD Cert T&D) and is actively engaged in research into management learning. Paul is an experienced sports coach and has provided outdoor courses for teams, managers and vulnerable adults for many years.
